The Ladder is played weekly on club nights throughout the season, and gives everyone an opportunity to play people of different styles and abilities in order to improve and move up the ladder.
This season the ladder has been split to separate Juniors, Women & Boys and Men & Boys. This is to support the Table Tennis England incentives to introduce more Junior and Women players into the sport. The full ladder can be viewed here.
- Matches are best of 3 games (i.e. 2-1, 2-0) Further games played are not counted.
A player may not rise more than 10 places in a single club session
- If the lower player in the ladder wins, they move above the higher player, subject to 2 above.
- Scores and results need to be recorded on the table allocation sheet for the result to be eligible
- If a player has not attended a club session for 3 consecutive weeks, then they will drop to the base of the league (weeks where a player has a league match will not be counted).
Prizes will be awarded at the end of the season (end of July).
